Episode 17 – The marathon of podcasts continue! On this episode Ralph and Beth discuss how to say Douchebag and Paper Towel in Korean, find out what C-Water is and get an incredible rendition of The Gummy Bears theme song. We also give Tara a call and hear a sneak preview of the new Tail End theme song!! All that and we have a couple of calls this week on the hotline (206.888.4977). Sorry Renita, but the audio on your phone call got messed up and it sounded like you were auto-tuned.<href=”http://traffic.libsyn.com/dharmalars/TailEnd-17.mp3”>In Translation</a>

Love the Gummi Bear song! You guys are HIGHlarious. It sounds like you have a lot of fun doing these podcasts. Your listeners have a lot of fun by proxy. Keep it up.
It was a long tiring day, but when the energy was up, we had a blast. We podcasted for like 5 hours straight i think. You probably wont see the return of Jorge with the croissant rolls for like another 4 episodes.
It’s been my experience that Nerds prefer Dr. Pepper. Just saying.
thanks for letting me know Beth. think i will use the house phone next time. but my cell phone ends with 4242, but its not worth it if you can’t hear it. just sent out an envelope for an autographed pic. of Jorge. can’t wait, thanks again
Haha, I love how Ralph had no clue about Beth asking for people’s phone numbers!
I’m totally the same way as Ralph when it comes to rewatching Jin and Sun episodes, having to look at the screen to read everything, when I’d normally be doing other stuff at the same time!
I agree with Beth about the new look of Lostpedia being worse than before. It was actually a Wikia change that was forced upon Lostpedia last fall. (I was fairly involved as a Lostpedia editor while I was unemployed last year.)
The funny thing that i noticed when i was editing was that she brings up the fact that she wanted to call people, and i acknowledge it! Then later on i was fucking clueless about it. Apparently i don’t listen to what people are saying. I could have cut out the part where i acted like a clueless idiot, but i though it was funny, so it stayed.
haha i love your Korean Beth. My friend and I used to ‘speak’ it all the time. My favorite was, “Gin soo shii” love it.
That bit about the plane, and the ipod is freakin hilarious. You 3 were at your comedic best this time.
I forgot about that conversation and was laughing during the edit. My favorite part is when Jorge says,Then why are you asking me for?, i just about died laughing.
I like that the show is us asking questions then trying to figure it out.
Is that Beth in that picture^^?
Loved the Podcast again!
I think that’s a frame from the movie “Lost in Translation” and looks like Scarlett Johanssen. Looking at the pic on my iPhone, it does look a little bit like Beth through.
Loved the Gummi Bears song, brought back memories. I liked the theory you had about Hurley being afraid of the money and what it brought so that’s why he had a discman. Beth made me want crescent rolls and they don’t have those here!
damn it Beth. I had to have crescent rolls, with chicken salad. uuuummmmmmm!!!!!
Also, that last phone message? hilarious.
