Episode 4 – It’s Halloween time and Beth and Ralph forget to mention it, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t enjoy this special episode of The Tail End. In this episode we talk about the first ever John Locke flashback episode, “Walkabout”. Beth declairs that this is her favorite episode of the entire series, Ralph cries the praises of Michael Giacchino and Blue Shirt girl gets some exposure. I love blue shirt girl like you love crazy white-hair guy, Ralph! On our Rewatch, we’re keeping a tally of when we see her. They should have made her the Nikki of Nikki and Paulo and it would have been a little more believable she was there the whole time.
Here are some of our thoughts on this awesome episode:

can’t wait to listen to your ep!
Matt
I think that the show entered a wormhole around the 34min. mark. What the hell? I am fairly sure that The Tail End is haunted!!
Nice podcast, but the sound is a little messed up.
Really? what is messed up?
it seems to be on Beth’s audio only. There is a little bit of background static which comes and goes whenever she talks – sorry Beth, I’m sure it’s just some gremlin in the mic. It’s not too bad, but enough to be mildly annoying. Keep up the good work guys.
Things you only see in a rewatch.
So cool, OPENING scene of walkabout, Locke is laying there wiggling toe…the camera then focuses on the sole of his shoe which is on the ground next to him. It’s obvious that the bottom of the shoe has never touched the ground!
enjoying the podcast.
Oooo Bill. I didn’t notice the thing about his shoe. Good catch brotha.
Great podcast guys. It’s evolved (or maybe digressed, in a good way, of course) as not so much as a recap/rewatch, but more of a “things I noticed … or liked … or hated … or remembered.” Love it!! That’s why I find your podcast so entertaining. MLIL.
That’s a great call Bill, i hadn’t noticed that. Yeah The Tail End is more of a celebration of LOST and a way to keep the admiration of the show alive.
Thanks for listening.
What color is your forehead hair?
The audio was really, really bad for me on the iPod and computer. Barely any volume and the last half, I couldn’t hear mr. Apfel at all. Sounded like I was listening to one-half of a phone conversation.
